How It Works
During your consultation, Melissa will work with you to understand your goals and preferences, and create a customized meal prep package that suits your unique needs.

Your customized meal prep package could include family dinners, individually plated meals, school lunches, snacks and desserts, and can accommodate individuals as well large families.
​
Once a package is in place, Melissa will create a new menu for you each week and send it to you for approval before shopping. You will always be able to customize your menu selections to ensure your fridge is always stocked with exactly what you're in the mood.

On the day of your in-home meal prep, Melissa will arrive with fresh ingredients to fully prepare your customized menu into easily accessible ready to eat meals.

After everything is prepared, Melissa will package the dishes into eco-friendly glass storage containers (that will be included in your package!), color code the different dishes for easy identification and leave your kitchen as if she was never there.
